Scheduling
Typically, the best moment to capture this special time of your life is between 28 and 32 weeks. Your belly is showing beautifully round but you are still comfortable enough to pose. I advise against scheduling too close to your due date for obvious reasons - babies tend to have their own timelines! Twins (or more) tend to arrive significantly sooner than singletons, thus expectant mothers with twins are advised to schedule the session between 26 and 30 weeks.
If you plan your maternity session at the right time in your pregnancy, you'll have enough stamina for all the different poses and wardrobe.
Wardrobe & Hair/Makeup
All clients will have access to our client closet providing you the option to select from our gowns, fabrics, and accessories. If you wish to bring an outfit of your choice you are free to do so.
Hair and make-up are not included in our packages. Clients must arrive ready with hair and make-up to their Session.
Images/Gallery
Within 3-4 business days after your session, you will received all unedited images (RAW FILES) via an online gallery for you to view and mark your favorites. Once you have made your selections, please contact me via email or text and I will begin the editing process. Your final gallery with your full retouch images will be delivered in 2-3 weeks. You will have the option to upgrade.
Retainer Fee (Deposit)
A Non- Refundable retainer fee of $200 is required to secure your session. This Retainer fee will be used towards your final package price with the remaining balance due the day of your session.
The deposit is not refundable if client cancels session. We do offer a free reschedule.
Cancellation & Rescheduled Policy
Your retainer fee is non-refundable; however,If an illness or situation prevents your photo session from taking place, I do offer one free reschedule. The retainer fee will be applied to your rescheduled session if notice is given at least 72 hours before the first scheduled session. If the client fails to provide at least 72-hour notice or decides to cancel the shoot completely, the retainer fee will be forfeited.
